i have a 2001 pontiac montana and have it in recently for a/c work. 1st time not blowing cold air they recharge the freon.. 2nd time 1 1/2 weeks later no cold air again they found a leak in conpressor and replaced it and recharge again... i have it back and this hole time the back vents have been blowing warm to hot air. i told mechanic this every time i brought it in. im freezing in the front of the van and my kids are sweating in the back!!! any suggestions so im not forking out more money?

Sounds like the rear (or auxiliary) Mode door MAY be at fault or either switch that controls the rear HVAC system.
Suggestions....I can tell you it needs to be properly diagnosed.
If the system is now fully charged, half the battle is over. I can send you the diagnosis for the rear system, but it will take above average mechanical ability.
If not, My only suggestion would be to take vehicle and recipts to another shop (get referrals from friends, family or coworkers) an have them diagnose it.
