Pontiac Repair: wipers on a 97 grand prix, crank arm, wiper arm

the wipers work fine, they stop straight up and won't lie down. what needs done to fix them? thanks

Its a pretty detailed and (for me) kinda diffucult TO FIX without parts.
With parts, all you need to purchase is the Wiper Crank Arm. It'll come "timed" corectly, it'll just need to be removed and replaced. It is located on the drivers side under the Cowl just below the drivers side wiper arm. Held on by only one torx head screw.
