My 95 2.3 blew a rod.Can I use a block from previous years?Which? Would a SOHC block work?

As much as I would like to help with this question I cannot.
I am having the same type question with a Sunfire 2.2L.
I am going to call a local Used Auto Parts (Salvage Yard) and I am going to suggest you do same, and ask them for interchange info.
