Pontiac Repair: Brake light and ABS, pontiac sunfire, abs light

I have a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire GT, 2 door, 2.4L engine and for some reason my back right brake light is not coming on anymore, I checked the bulb, and the fuses but both are ok. My ABS light is coming off and on and I'm not sure why either. Lastly, what would cause my blinkers to blink at different speeds?

All the symptons seem to either be a faulty bulb, OR the bulb socket.
Have you replaced the bulb. Sometimes the bulbs APPEAR good, but the fine element inside is broke.
I would replace bulb(s) and also check the socket.
