Pontiac Repair: power steering, pontiac grand am, power steering pump

Question
Hi, I have a 1991 pontiac grand am and recently, everytime i turn the wheel, i get this very loud squealing from under the hood somewhere. when i bought the car, it did the exact same thing, but the guy said it was an easy fix, just loosen up the power steering "thing" under the hood and push it back. and that did it. well i think its time to do this and its the first time for me and i dont have a clue what im supposed to be loosening up. maybe you could give me a few hints? thanks

Answer
find the power steering belt and trtace it to the power steering pump, then look at it close and see how it is held in a n adjusted place by two i think number 13 bolts loosen them and pry the pump back to tightn it up then tighten the bolts, you might go and get a chiltons manual to help you locate them
