Pontiac Repair: 1994 pontaic bonneville se, fuse box, starter switch

Question
I have a problem with the iginition. when  I try to start the car the starter will not turn over.I put on a new starter the battery is ok the cables are ok .I have grounded the starter over with a screwdriver and it will start and run for a second . I believe the problem is somewhere in the key switch or is there a fuse between the key and . Note i checked all fuses under dash and the fuse box under the hood they all appear to be good

check the service manual for all fise location s and check them  then check the circut for the nuetral safety circut, if that tests ok pull the starter switch wires and test them im sure this will help .. there might be a fuse box on that one on the pass side of the dash  if so check all fuses ther first
