Pontiac Repair: Battery drain?, fuse block, slow drain

Question
Hi Steve
I have an old 64 Pontiac.A friend recently did a lot of work to the engine,230 6 cyl, standard trans.
I am finding if it sits for more than two days the battery runs down and I have to boost it.The battery teast good however.
I feel there is some kind of slow drain on the battery. Is there a way to test for that without spending a lot? Thanks

Answer
i would try pulling fuses one by one until the battery stops draining and then locate the source from the fuse block.unless there is something connected straight to the battery this should narrow it down.oh yea there shouldnt be anything connected to the battery without a fuse.if you could locate a repair manual with a good wire diagram would help locate what feeds what from the fuse block.
