Pontiac Repair: Grand-Am GTS 97, fuse box, rubber boot

Question
I have a 1997 Grand-Am GTS with a 3.1L Auto-Trans.
My probleme is with the warning lights, the RPM and heat gages that dont work. The lights are all on and the gages dont moove? Is this a electronic control box problem? The driver side power window seems to have a power lost every time I try to open or close, I need to whait for more power to close or open the window and it doesent go all the way down?
Thank you for your help

Answer
Hi,Gaetan

On the instr panel problem, you may have a failed IPC{instr panel cluster}this is common to fail and would need to be replaced, also check the fuse labeled INST fuse in the fuse box.
The power window problem sounds like a broken wire at the door, between the door and the body is a rubber boot the wires usually break inside that rubber boot, you would need to pull the boot back and inspect the wiring there.
