Hi,Sean

There are a few causes to your complaint, the most common is a failed fuel pump, though the fuse and the relay test good, the fuel pump may have just failed,to test this you need to check the fuel pressure and that is with a gauge, the fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank, you can do a quick check by checking if there is fuel pressure to the injectors, though not a valid test at least it will show if fuel is in the injector rail,on top of the engine is the fuel lines which lead to the fuel rail,on the fuel rail there is a valve usually covered by a black cap like the one you have on your tires, the tire valve, remove the cap, turn the ign on a few times, and then press the valve and see if fuel comes out, good pressure will shoot fuel out at a fast rate,if no fuel is spraying out it would lead to a failed fuel pump, let me know what you find and get back to me for further diagnosis. Thanks

ok i did as u sugested and the best i could get out of the valve was a little air will check up on it this weekend if i can manage to drop the tank

Answer
Hi,Sean
Just a follow up,if only air came out sounds like that there is no gas in the tank,if your fuel gauge does show there is fuel in there, and you find that the tank is empty then you have also a failed fuel level sender, save yourself the greef and replace the complete fuel pump module it comes with the fuel pump and fuel level sender complete as a module with the oring seal, its availible through GM parts and maybe a bit more in price but it'll save you in the long run,Let me know what you find out.
