Pontiac Repair: 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix - gages, pontiac grand prix, grand prix gt

Question
Hello,

I've recently purchased a used '00 Grand Prix GT and have a few questions.
1. It has now come to my attention that the gas gage doesn't work. it has "tried" the past two days when started, it's moved down around what it should be, but always goes back to full. The several days before that(about a week) it never budged from full. Everthing else in the cluster appears to work properly.
2. The back passenger power window does not work, all other do. How do you fix that?
3. The Driver information center, worked the first 3/4's of the day I got the car. However a corroded battery cable caused some starting issues and once the car was started, that display quit working. ANy suggestions?
4. Finally, The radio in my car works fine, most everything lights up like it should, except the clock/station display. Luckly I have heads up so I can see what stations I'm listening to, but I have no clock. What could cause this?

Thanks:)

Answer
Hi, on the fuel gage, this could be in the sending unit in the gas tank, it is sticking and not coming down when the gas drops in the tank, it also could be a loose wire at the tank, check for a loose ground wire. On the window, this could be the switch or the motor, it could be the regulator, the best thing on this, is to have a dealer to check it out.
