Pontiac Repair: Electrical/day running lights, running light, running lights

Question
I bought my son a '94 Grand Am GT.  Great running car.  Just have the following problems that we need help with.  The mechanic we take all our cars to is sort of stumped right now.
1. Brad wants to take his car to the drive-in. Has to have the radio on so they can get the sound for the movie. The lights stay on.  Have checked the owner's manual.  He has an automatic transmission. The lights are supposed to be off is he has it is park.  They still come on.  We turn the ignition to accessories and the lights still come on.  Help.

2. Having problems with both power windows.  This is a 2 dr.  They come down, sometimes but will get stuck.  We put a new motor in the passengers side.  It will go down but not always go up.

The driver side will go down but not always go back up without lots of work.  Do you think it is the regulators?

3.  The A/C is not blowing cold at all.  Our mechanic says it is not the condenser.  It has plenty of freon also.  He thinks it could be a switch in the dash.  ?

These are the only problems this car has. Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hi, sorry for being late, the relay for the running light could be bad, and causing the lights to stay on, have your mechanic to check the relay. On the window this sound like it's not getting the power like it should, this could be a circuit bearker, that is getting hot when the motor is raising up the window, it takes more power for the motor to raise the window, then it do let it down. On the A/C, is the comperssor coming on?
