Pontiac Repair: electrical, air control valve, carbon deposits

Question
another problem with this car is sometimes when I get in a pull off the car would just stop. I would start it back up and then proceed to drive. It only does this after it has sat for a while. it never does it if I'm sitting at a stop light then pull off. what could this possibly be?

Answer
Hi, this could be in the idle air control valve, letting the engine get to much air, and causing the stall at start up. You can try sparying carburttor cleaner in the throttle body especially around the shaft area to free-up any binding caused by the accumulation of carbon deposits or sludge buildup, doing this will help.
