Pontiac Repair: Pontiac GTA Transam - non starter, turning the key, plenty of power

Hi, up to yesterday my car was starting no problem, then it began to be sluggish on start up, now it wont start at all. Theres plenty of power from the battery, it clicks when turning the key as if it were flat, but i fear the starter may have packed up. Any thoughts?.Thankyou.

Hi, check all connection at the battery, making sure you are getting a good connection. I would make sure that the battery has 12 volts, Any thing below the 12 volts. Will cause the starter not to work. If all the above is good then it would be the starter.
