Pontiac Repair: Electrical Systems Failure, fuse boxes, voltag

Question
My husband and I just purchased a 2000 Bonneville about four months ago.  The car is in excellent condition and only has 40,000 miles on it.  We began having problems with the car about a month and a half after we bought it.
The first thing that happened was the right blinker went out.  We thought it was a fuse but it isn't.  The right blinker doesn't work inside the car or out.  The right hazard light also doesn't work inside or out.  Shortly after that the right back door lost all power (windows and locks).  A few days later the left back door lost all power and a few days after that the front passenger door lost all power.  We have checked all the fuses for these systems and they are all good.  We have been told that we may need to check the relays and have no idea where to start or how.  We have a sneaking suspicion that this car was flooded at some time.  There are fuse boxes inside the hood and under the back seat.  Is there one place that all of these systems could be affected by?  Please help!  We love this car but are not able to spend thousands of dollars to repair it.  Do you have any ideas of things that we could do ourselves?
Thanks for your time.
Kari

Answer
Hi Kari, on the blinkers do the light come on? if so check the flashers, if not check the bulb. to chech a flasher hold it then trun the signal on to the side that works you should feel it cleck. if you feel a click, then try the other side if there is no click then change the flasher.
No the door (locks and windows ) I well tell you what needs to be checked. it's up to you if you can do this . one check for voltag going to the switch in the door, you can do this with a test light, if there is voltag at the switch then the switch is bad, if there is no voltag and you the fuse is good then this could be a bad ground.
