Pontiac Repair: Many 95 Bonneville Problems, pontiac bonneville, wheel vibration

Question
First off, I have a 1995 Pontiac Bonneville SE.  Over the past year, several things have gone bad.  The air conditioning  works, but there is a clicking sound that I believe to be the alternator clutch.  The right front power dorr lock will lock when the button is pressed, but it must be unlocked manually.  When I've tried to use the key on it, there is a lot of resistance after I turn the key about 15-25 degrees, then if I push it really hard it'll open.  Next, on the driver's door panel, the 4 window switches feel like they're off somehow and the controls barely work from there.  However, I know it's not the motor of the front passenger window because the passenger's switch works.  On top of all that, the steering wheel vibrates up and down very often.  There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the lever/locking system to adjust the steering wheel.  Also, there is a major leak on the rear driver's side lower jam of the door but I'm not sure how to take the paneling off without snapping it since it's some pretty old material.  If you know of any place to get replacement tail-lights from, that would be great because they're practically falling off the car.  I would really appreciate any advice or help you could give me, and if at all possible, some time/money estimates.

Answer
First of all, there is no such thing as an alternator clutch.
The RF door lock actuator needs to be replaced.
Sounds like you need the drivers door window switch.
The steering wheel vibration could be a tire balance issue, or worn front end parts.
Not sure what you are talking about with the jamb leak.
You should be able to get new tail lights from the dealer or you can check the junk yards.
