Pontiac Repair: fuel filter, firebird formula, fuel cap

I have a 1994 Firebird - formula V8 - 5.7 engine. Where is the fuel filter? How do I get it off? Do I need special tools to get it off?

It's under the car forward of the fuel tank http://us.f2.yahoofs.com/bc/412eb90f_c702/bc/My+Documents/42141281.gif?bf4nsLBBG... no special tools required. But there will be pressure in the line. Remove the fuel cap and loosen the lines at the filter slowly
