Pontiac Repair: Fuel Filter and coolant questions, needle nose pliers, haynes book

Question
Hello, I have a 1997 grand am se 3100 and I need help on two things. First, I want to flush and fill my coolant, I bought a kit from autozone but I'm not sure which hose to attach the backflush tee too. And also, I want to replace the fuel filter on my car, but I'm not sure exactly where it is, and what tools I'll need to do it, can you help me please? I've searched the web and looked in a Haynes book, but neither really offered me any help. Thanks! if you could, could you please e-mail me the responce?

Answer
First of all, the DEX-COOL antifreeze in your car is good for 100,000 miles. If you are going to flush it you need to refill it with DEX-COOL.
I am assuming that the flush t that you have should go into one of the heater hoses. Put it in the one that is closest to the passenger side of the car.
Your fuel filter is back near the gas tank. It could have one of several different designs. On most of them you only need a 5/8" wrench, a 20mm wrench, and a pair of needle nose pliers to squeeze the clip.
