Pontiac Repair: Power Window Problem on 2000 Sunfire, passanger side, circuit breaker

I have a 2000 sunfire convertable GT, It has ran great, but my passanger side window has developed a problem, it will freeze up. It will go up or down for a short time then stop. If you give it some time and come back to it, it will then go a bit more. You can eventully get it up or down, but it takes many attempts. People have told me it is the window motor, but some friends have told me it could be a relay, because if it was the motor it wouldnt work at all. Any thoughts? what should I try first? money is tight right now, so I have a budget to worry about right now too.....

Its the window motor for sure. There is a circuit breaker built into the motor and when the motor is going bad, it starts to draw more amps, trips the breaker, and then quits moving. After the breaker cools down, it resets and the motor works again until it trips the breaker again.
