Pontiac Repair: engine & traction lights stay on, 1997 pontiac sunfire, transmission repair shop

1997 pontiac sunfire 4cyl at .  the engine and traction lights stay on.  Had it to dealer and he said selnoid on transmission was bad.  had it replaced and about a week later they both came back on.  Now the dealer wants $900. to fix it again.  Had it to transmission repair shop and they couldn't find anything wrong with it.  what can I do?  What could it possibly be?

If the dealer charged you to fix it the first time and they did not fix it, they should not be charging you again. Go back in and demand your money back for the first "repair".
The trans shop may not know how to diagnose this problem.
As far as what is causing your problem, there are thousands of things that can cause the lights to come on.
