Porsche Repair: Porsche 944 odometer, speedometer repair, accurate maintenance

Our 944 is a 1988.  The odometer quit but the speedo still works fine.  Everything else on the instrument panel is working.  Without that odometer, we can't keep accurate maintenance and repair records.  Can you help?

Hi John,

I make it a practice not to recommend retail businesses.  That's what you really need at this point.  A speedometer repair shop.  They can be easily found on the internet and the phone book.  Many are happy to work on foreign cars.  You'll have to remove the speedometer yourself and take/send it in...thats the typical process.
