Porsche Repair: 93 968 porsche relay switch for fuel pump not kicking in, oxygen senser, relay switch

relay switch is new. iget a ground reading when the oxygen senser is hooked up.  should i get a ground reading..do u have any ideas why i cant get fuel, pump works when i bypass relay

Sorry for the delay Tim, been really busy here.  I know you're probably anxious to get that sexy car running.  

Can you tell me a little more.  When you touch what to what do you get a ground at the O2 sensor?

I suspect that when you bypass the relay it doesn't necessarily mean the realy is bad, rather, there's probably some setting in the computer that's not in place, to allow fuel to spurt.  Double check that there is or isn't a fuse that controls the oil pressure function, oil pressure is usually important to the computer.
