Porsche Repair: 72-914 fuel pump, waco tx, lucky this time

Dave, Sorry I havn't got back with you sooner. We are slow but determined to finish our project. Good news! You were exactly right on the wiring on the fuel pump. We replaced the relay that you told us about and we got the engine fired off at the end of school today. I'm not sure on the exact # of years that this little car set up. I'll let you know. The engine actually sounded pretty good. We plan to tune it up and paint it next week. It should turn out to be a little black beauty. Dave your help is greatly appreciated. We may even get it ready to show in Waco,Tx. March 5th &6th. Thanks again, Gary

Gary, that is great news.  I'm so glad I got lucky this time.    I'm really interested in hearing how it all goes for you.  I sure hope you've been able to take some before pictures...and soon, some after pictures.
