RV Repair: Sideout issue, plywood sheet, pegasus travel

Question
Have a 2005 Fleetwood Pegasus Travel Trailer with a slideout for the couch.  Under the couch is a plywood board that has gotten wet and need to be replaced.

Have removed the couch and removed all the screws from the plywood but still can not remove the plywood sheet. Can you advise how to remove this plywood sheet.

Answer
may be glued down due to sealant and being in place for years.  Get a saws-all and a drill.  drill a small hole, for the blade of the saw to fit in.  Then cut the perimeter of the board out.  Then see if you can chisel out the rest of the wood.  If not, and you leave a little bit of wood around the perimeter, you could screw to this left over edge.  make sure you screw down the orginal areas first.  the couch will sit about 1/2 higher than it used to, but with a rug you won't notice.
