Answer
Hello,

Your not getting water flow?  Check to see if the water tank is plugged at the outlet.  Rust and bugs can plug this tank up.  Is the tank filling with water?  Or is the tank possibly cracked?  Is there a possibility that the pump is loosing prime due to air leak somewhere?  Could the pump be pumping water to a place you don't want it too?   Like in a cabinet.  This could be due to a broken line between the pump and sink.

Is your pump upline or downline to the water tank?  Does cold water flow?  Is the pump running or just to motor?

First make sure you don't have any one-way valves that could be plugged up, in the system.

I would try taking some low pressure air 10psi or so, disconnect the pump from the system, and blow air in both directions where the pump would hook up.  Listen for air leaks in the system, at the hot water tank, at the faucets while they are on, etc.  If there is a plug, this should blow it back.  If it is rust in the tank, this should disturb it enough to get some sort of flow.

If you problem is no heat at the water tank, but you get flow.

Is the tank hot when you touch it?  If not, is it electric or propane heat?  If electric, look for power problems.  If propane, the gas lines plug up from spiders at times.  No ventilation can cause the pilot to snuff out.  A thermal couple could cause the pilot to go out.  Listen for gas flow when you light the pilot.  very little flow but should see or smell something.

If this is not helping, you can try again.  Good Luck!
