Answer
Jorge, Duo therm airs get the 12 volt power from the control box in the ceiling at the ac. This power is then sent to the T-Stat and the rest of the wires go for various settings. There will be 2 wires there for the furnace as well. Without looking at what has been done it would be very hard for me to tell you where to look. Giving model numbers is good for those with the books and cross reference sheets but I don't have them. I can only know what everything looks like with the information you give me. So how many wires does the control box have coming out on the 12 volt side? Just getting power to the T-Stat is not what needs done. If the T-Stat is one that gets power from a phone cord then things are different. This is one that you might want to take to a shop. They can or should be able to tell you just what it is in less then 30 minutes. Thanks, Bill
