RV Repair: Siding removal, wall studs, subfloor

Question
Hello Bill,  I have a 1994 26ft Dutchman Classic w/Std allum siding. I am just getting started repairing a bunch of water damage in the front bedroom & have realized that the floor may need to be replaced. How do I remove the siding to expose possible damage to the main floor rails between the metal frame & subfloor?
Regards,
Chris

Answer
Chris, You will find that the metal comes off from the bottom up. There might be moulding down there holding it or else it may be stapled to the wood under the bottom of the metal. You will want to take enough off to expose the wall studs and be able to pull the screws that attach the wall to the floor. Good luck in this, Bill
