RV Repair: Flagstaff 31 with slide out pull behind-2006, slide adjustment, different ways

Bought it used, the motor was too weak to pull the slide out in.  Dealer ordered motor upgrade which has plenty of torque and worked fine at first. Now when pulling slide out back in it hangs up at the top of the room and stops.  After shaking and rocking it will finally pull in.   help

It really sounds to me like you need a slide adjustment. It should not hit the top of the hole at any point. Depending on the slide out you have there are different ways to adjust every style. My advise is to have someone send it out or in and for you watch it as it moves to determine just where it is hanging and then maybe you will see the way to fix it.
