RV Repair: Water leak class C bunk area over cab, seam clearance, rubber roofs

Question
Recently purhcased '96 Dutchmen Class C.  Unit had water damage in bunk
area over cab.  I have removed the interior side panels (except stiro
insulation) and floor, 3 windows, replaced/caulked with Dicor lap sealant.
Caulked marker lights, roof/side panel seam connects.  Washed/Inspected
front panel and rubber roof over cab for cracks.  Water pools in center of
floor (lowest point).  Have sprayed water from hose and checked for leaks.  2
piece rubber seal on front window caulked after showing signs of weeping.
Unit has been sitting in storage for several weeks and has again collected a
small amount of water.  I cannot see any sign of water intrusion. Any
suggestions?

Answer
Hi there
Your tackling one of the hardest yet simplest of all repairs...."the mystery water leak".
Murphy's law...."theres no job is so simple that it can't be done wrong"
You seem to have named all of the areas, but you must have left something out.
Leaks in that area are caused by the roof cap seam, clearance lights and that poorly designed front window seal. Also rubber roofs with small tears.
If you covered all of that, then something didn't stick.
I've done roofs for 28 years and still find "Hidey holes".
I used high pressure air to inject into the seams to find faults. Once I started doing that I found "channels" that I couldn't see.
