RV Repair: No Power at Circuit Interrupter, halloween night, circuit interrupter

Question
Dear Shawn,
Yesterday, I accidentally ran the hairdryer along with a few choice electrical items, and blew out a circuit.  I went to the usual GFCI circuit that controls that "groups" of outlets, and tried to reset it.  It would not reset.  I bought a new GFCI today, installed it, and it would not reset, either. I pulled that out and tested the wires in the outlet with my multimeter. No power from any of the black wires.  No AC breaker was tripped during this overload incident, and I've reset them about twenty times since yesterday. Nevertheless, I'm thinking of replacing the relevant breaker anyway.  Does this seem logical?  What if it isn't the breaker (I'm concerned this is the case, since it never tripped).  I'm ready to call the electrician if it's serious. (Really serious?) It's dark in here this Halloween night.
Any thoughts are appreciated!
Darian

Answer
Hi Darian, I have gone through this type of problem many times. And almost always, I have gotten ahead of myself and over looked the easy fix. Do you have a Generator? If so, what happens when you run it. Power, No power? Did you check the outside plug for power? Sometimes you blow a main breaker, and it can be a long ways from the coach. Do you have 110 power anywhere in the coach? Let me know.
