RV Repair: RV AC not blowing, capacitor, shroud

Question
I have a Coleman 13500BTU Roof air on my rv and it doesn't blow.  I can hear the unit click on but no blower.  Everything worked fine about 3 months ago.

Hi Perry. Its probably a blown start capacitor. Access is up top, under the shroud. If your not 100% sure about what your doing. I would not recommend you switch it out yourself. They pack a charge even without being plugged in, and it could hurt or even kill. So be careful!
