RV Repair: turning lights, signal works, test light

i added new light on the rear my RV. i connected them to the turning and regular lights. the turning signal works when the running lights are off. when i turn the running lights on the turning signals don:t work!! i tried many times to reconnect all the lights "but" iam stumped!
please someone help!

Hi Terry, What kind of RV are we talking about? Are you replacing the lights or adding extra lights? Are the lights exatly the same as the old ones? Have you maped out the signal with a test light? Give me as much info as you can, and we will see if can work this out.
