Saturn Repair: 95SaturnSC2 car is loud and shakes, throttle position sensor, throttle positioning sensor

When I start my car it has been really loud, almost like the muffler is missing.  When I make right turns it sounds like I am going over speed bumps at a toll booth.  I hope you know what I am talking about.  I had a friend look at it I thought it might be the  axle, which seemed to be ok, so we installed a new throttle positioning sensor.  That didn't do A thing!  Before I get to the mechanic, or die trying... :)I would really appreciate your feedback.

This is trickey because I am not ther to hear this sound. Make sure the the muffler strap is secure.......and I'm wondering......why would you change the throttle position sensor, that would put a check engine light on if it was faulty?

if you start your car and it sounds loud it can't be an axle. it would almost have to be exhaust related, unless you hear a clatter from the engine.
