Saturn Repair: serpertine belt installation, alternator pulley, water pump

got old serpertine belt off, but cannot new belt on. help. small space to work in. cannot belt over alternator pulley.

I normally put the belt on the crank pully first, route it around the tensioner, then around the alt pully and power steering pulley, then under the idler (holding tension on the belt of course) then I make sure it is on the water pump pulley, all that leaves is the a/c pulley, I then take my very long 14mm ratchet wrench and loosen the tensioner while pulling the belt around the a/c compressor, takes some patients but you'll get it  (I'm also assuming that we are talking about an s-series)
