Saturn Repair: WONT RUN, body control module, computer box

I have a 2003 L200 with a 2.2 and automatic.  It will start and then dies. It won't start again until the key is turned off and back on again.  also the trunk release and door lock won't function and shifter is locked in park. relays and fuses are all ok and fuel pump is running. HELP!!!

 You need a BCM (Body Control Module).  The only thing that will explain crazy or erratic behavior of an L-series (sometimes things that are completely unrelated) is a Body Control Module.  That little computer box controls everything except the way that the engine runs or how the transmission shifts.  I'd bet you dollars to doughnuts that your BCM is the problem.
