Saturn Repair: Working on 95 SL1. Removed..., fuel rail, o rings

Working on 95 SL1. Removed the fuel line coming into the fuel rail and now cannot get it to quit leaking. need to know the installation order for the red O ring and black platic ring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 If your leak is at the connector (supply line meets fuel rail), I would probably buy a new fuel filter.  They run about $25 at the parts store, and should come with everything you need.  If you are talking about the o-rings that are inside the fuel rail, it shouldn't matter which one goes in first.  The nipple on the male end of that line is evenly sized (not cone shaped) so both of the o-rings should be the same size.  It's Sunday and I don't have a fuel rail in front of me, but that's how I remember it.  Hope this helps.
