Saturn Repair: power windows, siffel, saturn sl

I have a 1996 Saturn SL with power windows. The problem is that the back windows dont work up or down. I am thinking maybe the lock out switch on the driver door may be faulty. Am I on the right path? Do you have any advice?

 If both of your rear windows are inop, then the master window switch is most likely the culprit.  I don't know of the lockout switch on the driver's door that you speak of.  Most of the time, the problem will be found in the master window switch in the center console.  If there has ever been coke spilled on it, you'd have a safe bet.  The switch isn't that expensive at the dealership, and it only takes a minute or two to replace it.  That's where I'd put my money.
