Saturn Repair: How to get to the alternator of a 1995 Saturn SL1, saturn sl1, 1995 saturn sl1

Trying to change the alternator on a Saturn SL1 (1995)  How do I go about getting it out of the car.  Seems like I will have to take out half of the engine to get it out.  

Answer
The alternator has to be removed from under the car.
I don't know the differences (specifically) between the SL1 and the SL2's alternator mounting but it should be the same and the egines only differ in the head (twin cam vs. Single).
