Saturn Repair: P0134, saturn sl, incorrect error

I have replaced both 02 sensors on 1996 SATURN SL.  I have reset the code and the error code keep coming back with the same error code(PO134). I have replaced the sensor that is in bank one three times and I still get the same code. If anyone can help me fix my problem I would appreciate. I know I could take it to the Saturn location here in Houston and pay a cost to get it repaired but I would like to know how to repair the problem myself. I believed I can do the repair myself with a little help. I have The Haynes Automotive repair manual (Saturn 1991 thru 1996) but it does not give me any information on how to repair the problem.

Sorry to say that I don't have much of an answer for you.  The only thing I can say is that you are receiveing a code reading that reports a fault in the o2 sensor BUT it may be an incorrect error report from the computer.  Saturn has had the problem of some of the error codes being reported back to the readers incorrectly which would give a false error code.
I know that doesn'thelp but it may be why you fix the O2 and it doesn't stop tripping the error code.

Outside ofthat, I don't have any idea.  Bestof luck,
