Saturn Repair: Power Door Lock Install, auto repair manual, saturn sc2

I have a 1995 Saturn Sc2.  I wanted to know how hard it is to install a power door lock kit in it. I have a auto repair manual and understand i have to take off the outer door pannel. When i install the lock motor, is it just going to screw in place or will there be any cutting or drilling?  i found universal power door lock kits that say they fit any vehicle for about $30 plus $5 switch. also, how do you fell about the universal kits?

Hi i think the kits are great but is it a good kit u can get cheep kits that only work for a bit but anyway the hole should be ther efor everything the only thing is tha power and ground i dont know if all them cam with it in the door already  some did but not to sure.. the panel isnt hard to get off it 10mm nuts i do believe,,, but if u have any more questions let me know.
