Saturn Repair: 1994 SC air cond on=stall & sunroof failure, air cond, fuse box

WHEN I TURN ON MY AIR COND. EVEN IF MY CAR IS COLD ,IT STALLS.THIS ONLY STARTED TO OCCUR AFTER MY DASH LIGHT ALERTED ME THAT MY COOLANT NEEDED TO BE FILLED,AFTER DOING SO, THE LITE WAS GONE, BUT NOW THIS AIR COND. 'POWER SURGE ' HAS BEGUN. ANY ANSWER?
ALSO WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR THE SUNROOF DIDN'T WORK. IBELIEVE THE SWITCHES AT THE TOP,THATWORK THE S.RF WERE WATER DAMAGED,INCL.THE SMALL LIGHT CONNECTED TO IT. I"VE CHECKED FUSES TO NO AVAIL,DO I NEED TO RE-PLACE SOME SORT OF MOTER?  WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?AND DOES THIS TRANSMISSION SLIPAGE? PLEASE HELP!

Hi well the best thing to do hear is to remove the switch and creck for power to the switch if there isnt any u must have a fuse out also the fuse box u are looking in is it under the hood ifso try the one buy the pasangers feet under the radio i think u will find it there.. now the ac cutting out the motor sounds like the iac motor.. has the check engine light been on?
