Saturn Repair: 93 saturn 2dr, door handle, bolts

drivers door wont open ,feels like theres no tension on outside handle where do i begin?

Hi the best thing to do is take the panel off on the inside and check fo disconected rods u will most likly find a broken plastic clip on the door handle side ..im almost sure u can get at it without taking the door skin off ifnot take out the 9 bolts and remove the skin.. let me know if u need more help.
