QuestionI bot this mower used from private party, no manual. Ran fine at his place (choke on). Cutting my lawn, still need choke on at least 50%, and after about 5 minutes, it just stalls. Once it cools down (about 15 minutes), I get another 5 minutes of cutting. Checked spark plugs, changed gas, cleaned top end of carb. Please help.

AnswerA dirty carburetor exhibits the running issue you are having. Sometimes you can just clean the main jet to get the engine to run but you still have to remove the jet to clean it.

Do you have an air compressor to blow air through the carburetor orifices?
