Can't get it running after it sat all summer is there a prime button.  I keep taking spark plugs out add a touch of fuel runs for a sec then nothing

Since it starts for a second by priming then you know you have a fuel problem.  Did you remvoe the carburetor float bowl nut and drain the oil fuel from the carburetor(s)?

Did you drain all the old fuel from the fuel tank and re-fill with new fuel?

Is the fuel shut-off valve in the on position?

Did you check the fuel pump operation by removing the fuel line from the carburetor and then trying to start the engine?  Fuel should pump/come out of the fuel line when you pull the starter cord.
