Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): No spark, safety switches, switch problem

I have a craftsman rider 15.5 model 917.259556 . I have no fire to the plugs but when I disconnect the shut off wire coming from the ing switch going to the coil I have spark. Replace wire and shut off switch still the same. There are two relays that the blue wires from the  safety switches  are connected

Safety switch problem most likely.  The schematic I found online is not very helpful with color coding the wires.

I did not see any relays, only switches.  Trace each wire to each safety swith and make sure they are plugged in well.  Unplugging and re-plugging them in may fix the problem.

Do you have an ohm meter or digital multimeter to test the switches?
