Craftsman FRONT TINE TILLER briggs and Stratton

24 Inch Tine Width. I rebuilt the carburetor and now it runs and stays on but it only runs with the choke on what could the problem be?

It is running lean for some reason.  Did you blow compressed air, from an air compressor, through all the carb orifices.  

The most common cause of the problem you described is a plugged carburetor orifice.  What is the engine model, type and code number?
