Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): peerless 2000 oo6a, shift model, google

is there any difference between the 006a and a 002b peerless. will they bolt up the same.is the housing the same. replacing a 006a on a craftsmen 4000 rider. any suggestions would be a great help.I have access to wholesale supplier and need to know before i invest in a new rear end . thanks  if you desire to call . thanks bro.

I need both model numbers to tell for sure as the006a could be a hydrostatic model and the 002b could be a manual shift model.

Is this model similar to the 006a?
