Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): carb leaking, fuel leaks, fuel inlet

I have 8hp honda gx 240 leaf blower. While running fuel leaks out from
A item next to the bowl,  cant see to pinpoint to fix. Help is the float
Stuck?

Is the fuel inlet or the fuel line itself leaking?  Have you ever removed the carb, dis-assembled it and cleaned by blowing compressed air from an air compressor through all the carb orifices?

The fuel leak may be coming from the carb itself if the inlet needle is leaking.
