Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Model 21032-0112-e1, weed trimmer, free thanks

I need some help with disassembly of my weed trimmer.  I have everything but the piece I need to repair the thing exposed.  The pull string will not engage to turn the motor (stripped).  I cannot get the cover from the front part off to expose the item I need to repair or replace.  Any hints to get it to come free?

Can you identify the part you are have trouble removing?

Did you remove the bolt that holds the clutch drum to the crankshaft?  You need a long allen or torx tool to remove the retaining bolt.  With the clutch drum off you can remove the clutch to remove the housing to get to the starter pulley.
