Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S 5hp, Lowe Rear Tine Tiller, rear tine tiller, output shaft

Thank you for your time. Not really sure the actually namebrand of the tiller, the belt cover has "Lowe" written on it. The flywheel seems to have seized up. Impossible to turn, could it be bearings? I pulled the cover off, the pull cord & coil are fine. I found a number(?): model - 130292 type - 3111 01 code -90102527, it was the only number I could find. The tiller was given to me, used it for a couple of good years, was told it was at least thirty years old. Again, thank you for your time.

Make sure there is nothing on the engine output shaft, belts, pulleys, or other parts are causing the engine to not rotate.

If there is nothing causing the problem on the output and you have the engine shroud off to assess the flywheel and you still can't turn the engine then there is probably something inside causing the engine not to turn.

After you are sure nothing exteral is the issue, then remove the cylinder head and see if you can turn the engine.

Forgot to mention, make sure you remove the spark plug and see if you can turn the engine.
