Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): briggs no spark, transistorized ignition, condensors

Question
I have an older briggs on a tiller. It has sat for a number of years and I'm trying to get it running. It had no spark so I put a new spark plug, new points and condensor, new coil and after a lot of pulling it finally started and run good. I let it run awhile and shut it down to change the oil. The next morning I filled the oil and tried to start it but again no spark. I put in a new condensor and still nothing. Coil tests about 5 ohms and shows voltage when it passes the magnets. Could I have 3 bad condensors in a row?Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

Answer
Doubt you had 3 bad condensors in a row.  Are you sure the point plunger is alright and no oil is getting on the points?  Have had this happen on older engines.

You can also try an electronic ignition kit...this is what I would do.  Cheaper and easier than points.
